DR. YOREK'S FALL FESTIVAL PATIENT APPRECIATION PARTY!

Each year Dr. Yorek invites his patients, thier families and friends to join us for an evening of food, fun, games, giveaways, and good cheer! We are holding this year's event at the Meridian Habitat Center (14422 Meridian E.) on November 3rd from 6pm to 8pm. Call our office for more information.
