Your Initial Visit | |
| Your first visit to our office is an opportunity to meet with Dr. Yorek and staff to learn the benefits of orthodontic treatment for your particular needs. Usually Digital photos of your teeth and face will be taken and then displayed on the computer monitor. Sometimes a dental film will be taken of your teeth and/or face. Dr. Yorek will then prescribe your treatment and explain the treatment steps and necessary orthodontic appliances to you. In certain cases you may actually begin the process of creating your new smile by getting your braces on at your initial visit! In consideration of our patient’s busy schedules, we try to accomplish as much as possible during your initial visit. Be sure to bring all of your questions about your treatment so that Dr. Yorek can answer them for you. Also, be sure to bring any forms that you may have received in the mail from us. It is important that you bring your insurance card and information with you on your first visit. Usually financial arrangements are made during this appointment and your insurance benefits will be explained to you. Our financial arrangements are made individually, and flexible payment options are available. We are looking forward to seeing you and getting started on your beautiful new smile! |
